Fantastic facility, extremely clean, friendly staff that would go out of its way to help with anything you wanted. It's location at the outer, residential end of the Medina was convenient for both access from a taxi and walking to the heart of the Medina with all it shops and activities.
Really the only thing negative I can say about the stay was that the property was a little difficult to find at first. But Google maps was able to guide us perfectly as we walked from the large square back to the hotel. We would definitely stay there again if we ever returned to Marrakech.

One of the best accommodation I've had on my travels. From start to finish the staff and owner were on top of everything, making our stay comfortable, even down to booking excursions and recommendations.
If you are looking at a classic Marrakesh experience this is the place to start.
