Residenza FillAnfi

Owner is amazing. Very helpful and detail oriented. Passionate about her town.

What a wonderful stay in Lucca and at this amazing property! Valentina was an exceptional host who did her utmost to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Nothing was too much trouble, the communication was excellent! The location was perfect with a beautiful view from our room and the communal kitchen. Our room was perfectly clean with everything needed for our stay, the room was a welcoming cool environment after being out in the heat with the bonus of air conditioning. The amenities in the property and our room were lovely, the nice touches of fresh coffee/tea and cold water and snacks in the communal kitchen were amazing! We only had one night stay and wish we could’ve stayed longer! If we ever return to Lucca we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else! Thank you Valentina for the perfect accommodation for our stay in Lucca, your property and city are Bellissimo!

Very comfortable and clean place right at the center of town. Would stay here again.

First, Valentina is an exceptionally warm and welcoming person. We arrived late and had to go through a self-entry process because this isn't an inn with night staff. Her instructions were perfect and we made into our room without a hitch. The location is super. Right on Piazza San Frediano. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the shower was large (huge by European standards). The room was made-up every day, which is a rarity in Europe. There is no elevator, so this would not be a place for people with mobility issues. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place. Great value.
