Room was clean but when it came to using the pull out bed... wow... my kid complained about his back hurting the whole next day... please do better.

We have stayed at this hotel many times, both for work and with our family, and we always enjoy coming back. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the service is great, and we feel very comfortable every time we stay here. It has become one of our favorite places to stay, and we will definitely keep coming back!
