Great location in the heart of Orleans. Friendly staff as you walk in English speaking. Room was nice we had joining rooms which worked well for our family.
Breakfast was great nice selection of hot and cold to choose from in a spacious room.
Parking and access to hotel is tricky when arriving in car. We couldn’t get access in car so parked in car park across the road. It’s on a tram line pedestrian fronted and to get here you need to go thru some metal barriers that you have to buzzer to reception who will bring down so you go past. Then hotel car park is next door of hotel.
