Property was immaculately clean with a warm welcome recieved on arrival. Communication was fantastic .
Pool are was clean and inviting . Rooms were well proportioned and clean.
Overall the hotel could do with some updating and renovations but for the price reflects excellent value . The town of Dalyan which is absolutely beautiful is a mere 3 minutes away in the car

Our apartment was good value, basic, with a friendly and helpful host, Hakan.
There was a fridge, a ring to cook on, and basic utensils. The shops were 5 minutes walk away, and Dalyan centre was 10 minutes away. There was a little balcony, and an outdoor area to eat in, which would be lovely as the weather warms up.
We would happily come back.
