We absolutely loved the environment and overall atmosphere of this hotel. The location is also great. Although it’s a little outside the center of Ubud, it’s easy to reach by scooter, and the peaceful surroundings make it even more enjoyable.
The front desk and restaurant staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any requests. They truly made us feel at home throughout our stay. We’d especially like to thank Nabila, Dayu, Ditha, Ayuni, Ari Yoga, and Dea for their outstanding hospitality. If you need any assistance during your stay, don’t hesitate to ask them—they are always happy to help.
The only small area for improvement would be the housekeeping, as a few details could have been better. However, this was only a minor issue and did not affect our overall experience.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied. We would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Ubud.
