Check-in and check-out were handled efficiently and friendly. The room was very clean and very well lit with lights at the entrance, centered in room, and over the vanity (as opposed to so many other places I've stayed where a single dim light is expected to suffice). The refrigerator didn't have a freezer compartment BUT icepacks could be frozen in the refrigerator at reception area.
The Bowen motel is located downtown so access to shops, restaurants, etc. was most convenient. The Love Muffin Cafe (a favorite spot of mine for breakfast) was immediately next door!

It’s a motel located in the heart of Moab. A very convenient location with limited amenities. They don’t have front desk available 24 hours. Since survey never ask about value for money which this motel does not provide. I didn’t realize that lodging was so expensive in Moab or it could be because of the weekend and start of summer. There was plenty of parking available but no breakfast.

The property is conveniently located, clean and the free laundry and filtered water is a real plus. As they themselves acknowledge, the property is older, so you have to deal with semi-truck noise throughout the night on main street. Nicely, they provide ear plugs, if you need them.

We loved everything about our stay at Bowen Motel. It was very comfortable and spacious. We had stayed there back in 1990 with our sons. It’s been updated and is an excellent place. They even have laundry machine that’s free to use!! Highly recommend staying here while in the Moab area. Didn’t want to leave. The staff I were very helpful too.
