Very nice place, supporting staff, willing to go above and beyond to satisfy customers. Visiting again with group of friends.

I gave an overall review of 3 stars for an average rating - neither good nor bad - as a road closure between Pokhara and Kathmandu forced us to cancel. We contacted the property through Expedia but were denied a refund even after considering the situation. It would be nice if hotels were more understanding of cancellations due to confirmable natural disasters.
