Beautiful historical hotel, reminds me of my grandma’s home. Very clean, very well preserved, very nice staff.

Great location and friendly staff. Very affordable and parking is just right across the street. Portions in the included breakfast are small and we ended up going to a restaurant.

The location is great,right in the historique center of Merida.
There is a parking included in front of the hotel and it is very convenient.
The staff is 5 stars and very nice.
It is an historique building and very nice looking but few issues for this reason.
the rooms are non insonorised and you can hear the people on others rooms or in the pool patio , especially if your room is on the main floor.
the matresses are super hard and it can be an issue for some people.
The batroom are ok but could be more clean.
The breafast is complementary are very basic but enought for europeen style.

Overall the hotel was very clean, stuff was very helpful, friendly and very nice. Breakfast was great and fresh. Parking lot available if you have a car.
