Good king size bed and room size for my stay. Clean room, cold ac and good workout facility with free weights. Right by the new Lumpini mall and convenient for all the shopping. Do wish that it was a little more quiet due to emergency venicles on main road going by.

I feel very convenient during that I’ve stay in the hotel.
The location just near Rama IV. Basically, only need walk 1min to get a taxi.

I had a great stay at the Annex.
The bed was a bit hard for me but, overall, it's a good place to stay.
A/C worked well, the hot water was controlled by a heater so, there was no shortage of hot water, wi-fi was really good!
