The room was lovely and quirky old fashioned with original features. Bathroom nice and clean staff were so polite and helpful. Only issue was tv was set with a reminder to change channel spoke to staff they thought it was rectified but happened for second night not an issue as stay was relaxing and enjoyable.

5 star from the moment you walk in the door, the staff, food & rooms are exceptional, one of the best places I’ve stayed while working away for the welcome you receive.
