Our 3 Day stay at the onsen was very relaxing. The staff was friendly and informative. The language barrier, though still present, wasn't much of an issue. The staff were quick with their phones to do a translation if needed. We recommend a 2 Day stay and visit the small village of Narada which is a 5 minute bus ride up the mountain. It's a small and quaint little village with engaging museums.

Amazing Onsen! The history, the natural spring-fed baths, the staff, the dining selections make for a once in a lifetime experience!
