The cleaning service after the first night wasn’t done properly.
Requested a taxi one day in advance to get to the airport.
The staff never reserved it, I almost lost the plane.

Wonderful service. Great free shuttle to Disneyland Paris and the shopping centre is close less than a five minute walk! Hotel is clean and staff very friendly! Would highly recommend
