Hotel's free shuttle to New Chitose airport (after check-out) was an unexpected surprise. It left right on time, just like the country's trains. It got us there in about 15 mins. Saved a lot of travel headaches.
The front desk staff's English was limited and my Japanese is even worse, but we managed to communicate ok. Hotel should consider using a language translation device as I have seen in other hotels and carcrental outlets.

Clean and comfortable. Close to airport. Just remember to pre book your airport shuttle.

The room was clean and simple. The staff was efficient and courteous.
I realize I was here during the winter festival, but it was very expensive. I'll come at a different time and shop around next time.
