Everything is good especially staffs

I stayed here before and it’s always clean and you have everything you need. The public baths are spacious and excellent. The staff is always polite. In the winter season the free orange bus which connects with Gala and Ishiuchi slopes is very convenient. The hotel has its own ski rental and lockers which are very convenient.

This was the first time we stayed here.
My husband and I had a western style room and it was very roomy, furnished nicely, staff was polite and knowledgeable, had an onsite onsen too. Free shuttle service to the train station too. We would be happy to stay here again!

The staff at the hotel were wonderful and very helpful throughout our stay. I would especially like to recognize the Korean gentleman manager who assists with luggage — he was excellent and very attentive.
During my first visit we had a few challenges due to my disability, but on this trip everything went smoothly and we were able to interact very well. I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism shown by the team.
Thank you again for the hospitality and support. It made our stay much more comfortable.
