The staff were so accommodating and helpful. Especially patient and kind to my daughter and granddaughter at check-in when I was unable to arrive until much later. Communication between us and the hosts were timely and supportive.
The staff who changed the towels and bins was also very pleasant and patient.
The apartment was even nicer than anticipated and beautifully clean. The air conditioning worked well and was simple to figure out.
We would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in Florence it is so well situated for an easy walk to restaurants; cafes; the river; shopping, and tourist spots being on a street leading from Centro Storico. We would stay again.

The location is great. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and modern. We had all the amenities we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean, in a great location, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent—quick and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay again.

Very nice, the hostess was fantastic- very helpful. The apartment was a bit cold but aside from that, very comfortable. Location is amazing
