The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was spacious but not very clean. There were a few items that were missed. For example a cobweb that was left in the doorway. Some socks and food left behind by previous guests. However, the hotel is located a short walk from a key tram stop and was near several food places. I would say overall we had a good stay and it worked well for our family.

Great & comfortable hotel to visit Ghent.
Easy walk to the main train station.

Superb hotel for a visit to Ghent, especially if you're driving, as it's outside the Low Emission Zone and they have a large car-park.
This was the second time I've stayed here and once again I wasn't disappointed. Lovely large, clean room with a good shower. Breakfast is extra, but worth it, as there's a good selection to set you up for the day.
The nearest tram stop is 2 minutes walk away, and Sint-Pieters station is a brisk 10 minutes walk, or you can get the tram. Highly recommended.

I rent a family room for 4, I can say that it is the biggest family room I have ever rent so far. Except the toilet's lighting is not bright enough, everything are excellent.
