The lodge was very good. Pillows were a disappointment but other then that a nice stay. If something is on the menu. But not available then we should know before we order. Disappointed that the lamb shank was on menu but not available. All in all a very nice stay

Room was clean and spacious. It had a fireplace as well. Loved the coffee machine. View from balcony was gorgeous.
The lodge was secluded it felt as though you were the only people there. Staff were helpful and courteous.

I rented a queen room which included a fireplace that actually never lit for myself.
Sadly, to no fault of any staff, the power was out upon my arrival and covered a vast dairy between Hinton and Jasper. The staff were accommodating I’m getting me into my suite. The beauty of the power outage, Drew people into the main lodge and enjoyed the fireplace with people I met from German Germany and Netherlands and Denmark. It was great to get the power back just before 1 AM and enjoy a hot shower in the morning.
