We have previously stayed at the property and the staff are always friendly and helpful, the rooms are large clean and tidy, although some areas of the hotel could do with refreshing.
The out side of the property has been cleaned and looks better. However when walking just of the property to the rear there is a strong smell of sewage,and what appears to be sewage waste!!
I did mention this on a previous visit but it looks like it's a ongoing issue?
Also a note could perhaps be put on the website saying that the restaurant/ cafe is closed on Monday-Thursday 11am- 1600,which is quite annoying when you have had a long drive and are unable to even purchase a bottle of water.
We did ask if we could purchase a bottle of water at the reception but was told "No the restaurant is closed"

Found this while looking for dog friendly accommodation between Santander and Alicante region. Very well priced room with minimal doggy surcharge. Comfortable bed with air con; decent sized room & exceptional shower. Ate in the bar as no dogs in the restaurant and food was good and well priced. Excellent selection of local wines as you would expect in the region. Will stay there again
