excellent reception staff when arriving and leaving

Clean, comfortable room which was very close to 2 tube stations.

Very good room for one bit too small for more than one. Lower ground rooms have no view and don’t get any sunlight. Very nice location close to shops, underground and parks!

After reading some negative reviews I was a bit apprehensive, but much to my relief it turned to be much better than expected. I was staying for a business trip and it had everything I required. The location was really convenient with multiple tube and bus options nearby. There was lots going on locally with cafes, bars, shops etc yet the street itself was very quiet. If I was being picky I could say the bed was a bit soft (but once in the bed felt fine) and the absence of a bedside lamp or light switch was a bit inconvenient. These are only fairly minor points though. The room was not immaculately clean, but more than adequate.
