My wife and I stayed hear for 6 days in Feb 2025!
It’s a typical cheap and cheery hotel. 7 minutes walk to the beach.
We found it clean and in a good location! Great service and the mangers speak good English.
For $15 a night no complaints!

For what they charge for this property it’s excellent value. The location is good. You just need to grab a rent a bike to get around.
Our room was very clean good water pressure and we slept like a baby each night.
We extended our stay by several nights, so it worked out well for us

The hotel is in walking distance of My Khe beach and 3.5 kms from the City with taxi's available at all time. The decor is a tad tired and the staff could be more interested in cleaning and ensuring the dining area is spotless.
