Clean room, clean kitchen. Some issues with heating and hot water, but the landlord was on it quickly, good place to stay for work.

We weren't in the room much asside from cleaning up and sleeping, The location is definitely the primary upside. I would say if you dont mind having a housemate type feel this is perfect!

If you need a place in Grimsby to stay, this place is about as ideal as you could hope for. Tucked away on a side street but located within a stones throw of Grimsby town centre, its ideally located. Clean and comfortable too with a communal kitchen for all guests to use - something you don't often see! Very well priced too! There was a little hiccup with the check-in process but in fairness, it was rectified very quickly so no complaints there.
Overall, a definite recommend!
