Very clean, friendly host. Many stairs up to room and then a few more steps up to bathroom. We were disappointed that there were no bedside tables or reading lamps by the bed. Otherwise, the room was comfortable.

Great and beautiful location. I could walk to the excellent Grand Forks Farmers' Market and then restaurants.

Wonderful stay! Gabby was very friendly and made sure we were settled in nicely. I appreciated the gate being locked so my vehicle felt secure. Can’t wait to come back and stay.
