Increidible, verry cleand and the customer servicAbsolutely incredible experience from beginning to end! Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceeded our expectations. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay.
What truly stood out was the outstanding customer service. The host was responsive, professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed property. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The only issues in this hotel is the AC
Santo Domingo is a really hot and humidity city for this reason
Every single guest doesn’t have the option on regulation there own temperature in the rooms
Beside that the hotel has excellent location
Roberto front desk amazing customer service
Jean Carlo also too

Showing some issues of poor maintenance. The bathroom door was unaligned, doesn’t close and make a nose when opened
