The staff was very professional and very helpful. Room was clean and the air conditioner was very cool. I like this place because where it's located bars, restaurants, near shopping area. Everything is within your reach.

Everything from the minute we arrived to when we left was perfect. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and there around the clock. The entrance and lobby are stunning, as was our large room. The restaurant for breakfast is also stunning, and a great selection of food (I'm sure was also lovely for later meals, but we didn't try these out). Arriving back at the hotel after a day of exploring to the tray of pastel de natas and the decanter of port was such a lovely and welcoming touch!!
