The rooms were clean and well stocked. Oscar at the front desk was very friendly, informative and helpful. Breakfast was good but the orange juice was watered down and the bananas were about 5 days from being ripe enough to eat. It was pretty easy to access and inside the hotel was warm and inviting. I would recommend they add more snack foods to their "store". There was a good variety of drinks and frozen food/dinners, but I would have liked to see more chips, candy and snacks.
Overall, it was a very comfortable stay for my family of 5!

My stay at the Staybridge Suites Boston Logan was absolutely great - there are a few things you have to know before booking. 1st Some of the staff are very friendly, others are a pain in the ass. 2nd Yest most of the staff are fluent in Spanish, so don't be shy to talk to them if you know the language - 3rd if you want housekeeping to clean your room, request it in the morning before 11 am, after 11 am they will not come to your room even if you set a request at the front desk (Housekeeping will clean your room only when you request them and sometimes they wont even show up) you might have to request it couple times - everything else was super great - clean environment and asthetic design - they always have coffee at lobby and water for you to serve

Staff was very kind and professional. Everything was clean and neat.
My transportation to airport was arranged and food I ordered was delivered to my room. I will definitely return to one of their hotels in the future.
