Hampton Inn & Suites Hershey Near The Park

Room was clean and needs was met. Good breakfast, Staff on the duty was not polite especially on the staff on duty on our last morning.

The receptionist was very nice and friendly, and the hotel is in a convenient location, about 8 minutes from Hersheypark. The room was a good size and had enough space for our stay. However, the hotel overall did not feel very clean. We noticed food on multiple floors, and there was water on the floors from people coming from the pool, including in the elevator. The room also needed some maintenance. The bathtub handle and shower head should be fixed, and the air conditioner was too loud. Overall, the location is good and the staff was friendly, but the hotel needs better cleanliness, stronger upkeep, and some room repairs to provide a better guest experience.

Traveled with family including 3 children. It was clean and comfortable. The shower pressure and temperature was good. The pool was clean and the children enjoyed it. Breakfast was refilled often. The best part coffee all day long!!

Last minute stay as we were driving from NC to NJ. What a great find - everything was clean, put together, the room had everything we need. You could tell their engineering team takes pride in the property, we saw them checking around the property during the day. Breakfast was great - make your own waffle is always a hit! Staff was super kind and helpful as well.
