Hotel managed remotely from another close by property. Quiet and met our needs.

Have stayed several times at this property. Like the location to all the shops in Berlin. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hate that the pet rooms are on the top floor, but deal with it and aware that's how it is. Might try the Berlin Heritage next time with pet room in back lower level. (Hope there are pictures on the walls, last time not!)
I would suggest you offer the guest breakfast at either of your locations and that is communicated to guest upon check in. Breakfast (light) at Loding on the Square, was just that, very light. Since no staff on site, get it, but when paying pretty much same price, would be nice for equal breakfast experience or at least option.

Great location for walking around town. The grounds and room were very clean. The complimentary breakfast was the perfect light breakfast for on the go. The only downfall is no elevator for second floor (not great for older people) and I didn't know that at time of booking. All around a great place to stay for a great price... will definitely be back next year.
