A lovely restored building, still a bit of a work in progress but nice. Beautiful view, romantic restaurant. Friendly staff

Amazing farm stay outside of Assisi. Nice pool and restaurant. Very relaxing.

We booked because of the exceptionalities reviews on Expedia - our expectations were high - quite simply, this is not a property to stay at during the low season.
Location is spectacular - the access to Assisi is perfect - unfortunately nothing that was promised was experienced except the stunning view.
A key left with a note was all we got in terms of service and ammenities.
Like I say...imagine summer time is spectacular - but not our experience.
