The biggest highlight of this property is its unbelievable location right in the heart of La Quinta Avenida. You truly can't beat the convenience of being within walking distance of everything. Future guests should be aware that the hotel is very difficult to find. The entrance is through a women's swimwear store across the street from Sala de Despecho, and you exit through a tequila store. Even with Google Maps, we struggled to locate it and ultimately had to ask locals for directions. The room was adequate for a couple of nights and offered good value for the price we paid, though I wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay. The property could also improve the upkeep of its common areas, especially the yard, as they do not quite reflect what is shown in the photos. Overall, if you're looking for a convenient location and reasonable accommodations at a fair price, this place is worth considering for a short stay.

There was no ocean view unless you were on the top floor and you looked between the trees. However, it wasn’t too far a walk to the ocean. There was really no reception area and it was difficult to find because it is located off of fifth Avenue, but you have to access it through the tequila store or the bikini shop. I drove around in a taxi, quite a while, trying to find it. But once you got in to the property, it was a funky, older Building It reminded me of a place where I went on a yoga retreat. In other reviews, it said that it was hard to sleep at night because it was loud. But I had one of the inner rooms not facing the street, so I really didn’t hear anything to keep me awake. I would come here again because it is close to the beach and very reasonably priced but it doesn’t really have any amenities like a pool, hot tub, etc..

Had a great time here everything was great. Wifi worked amazing, hot water and good water pressure.

Cute, quaint, and clean. Perfect price in a perfect location. Room was spacious and most importantly- sparkling clean!
