The car conditioner didn’t seem to work unless on warm. The freezer needed defrosting and the expeller in the bathroom didn’t work. The shower flooded the bathroom if water on full power
We paid for inclusive breakfast but didn’t get it despite other apartments getting it! Tried contacting host wise absolutely no response!
Good bits, the apartment was clean and comfortable and well equipped great location for exploring Porto

Luisa, the lady who I think brings the breakfast basket in the morning if you chose that additional option, was very helpful when I had an issue with an unfamiliar to me expresso machine which was sticking.

The stay in Catarina Serviced Apartments has been amazing and it was the highlight of our whole trip. Seven of us loved this modernized apartment: spacious space, clean rooms and beddings, luxurious kitchen, high quality mattress.....plus much more that surprised all of us.
