The mini fridge in our room didn’t work.
There was no blow dryer
Shampoo and conditioner were mismatch two different brands not little complementary ones. Overall clean and quiet place.

The front desk indicated they were sold out that night. Then told me my room was on the second floor (without an elevator ) I told them because of my age (85) and my health, the was no way I could climb stairs, let alone with a heavy suitcase.
I would be unable to use that room. The lady did some checking and advised me she was able to change my room and I would be able to stay on the main floor, for which I was very grateful.
