We were only in Madrid for one night but the hotel was in a great location, lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The staff were very friendly.

Traveled with spouse and child, and we would definitely stay here again. Perfect location and very clean.

We had come from a place that was not good at all and were tired from travel and poor sleep in the other place. When we arrived we were greeted warmly and when we told of our previous poor experience they upgraded us at no charge to a lovely suite. We relaxed in the rooftop pool and slept perfectly in the comfy bed. The showers are also wonderful. Would absolutely stay again especially considering all of that for a reasonable price and in a great location to walk around and see the sites!
