Older property with some plumbing issues but clean and very responsive management

The location is very good. Directly across the street from a lovely park. The owner is super friendly and attentive and made me feel welcome. The room looks nothing like the pictures and there's no kitchen and no coffee maker two of my highest priorities. The room also could have been cleaner.
