Right in the centre of all the action. Amazing location with access to restaurants and shops. Not far from the train station either. Very accommodating staff and daily breakfast was excellent!

We would like to say thanks to Lauri, he provided us a lot of information and allowed us to check in earlier, very professional service. We highly recommend this hotel. Excellent location!

Staff stayed after reception had closed to help us check-in. Reception staff throughout the day were always helpful and gave tips and suggestions. All staff spoke excellent English. Hotel is bang on Grand Place. If ever going back to Brussels, would not hesitate to stay here again.
