We loved the location and the comfort of the space.
Wish there was more access to English speaking TV when we were in the room. only 1 channel no guide to get to others. Hot water was also an issue.

Great Building, but escalator makes noise. In Suite a door between the two rooms would be better for privacy.

Consigliere is only 9:15-5. However the instructions for arriving and departure after were very clear and easy to follow. Very safe place as you have to key into all areas. Housekeeping was excellent service and friendly. Consigliere was helpful and prompt in arranging transport and getting directions. Starting to show some wear. Internet was sketchy as kept dropping.
