Staff was extremely helpful. Jacobo at the concierge made our stay so enjoyable he made superb itineraries recommendations. He also recommended restaurants and cafés to go and he made the reservations for us. I highly recommend this facility.

Staying at the Park Hyatt Kyoto was an unforgettable experience. The property itself is stunning, blending modern luxury with the quiet beauty of Kyoto’s traditions, but what truly made my stay so special was the team behind it. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and thoughtful, creating a sense of genuine care that’s rare to find. A special thank you to Gerardo, whose impeccable taste and thoughtful recommendations added so much depth to my time in Kyoto. His guidance made every experience feel curated and personal, and I’m deeply grateful. The management and staff together set a standard of hospitality that is far beyond.

Park Hyatt Kyoto is truly a special place.
The location is perfect, surrounded by the beautiful old streets of Higashiyama with a wonderful view of Yasaka Pagoda. The staff were warm and attentive, the housekeeping was excellent, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional.
A wonderful place to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary.
