Because of an overlooking error by another APP, there were many angry room seekers around the city of Mobile, Alabama. Using this app, I made other arrangements to stay at the Hampton Inn in Saraland, Al. The gentleman behind the counter was very cool under pressure, collected and professional in his demeanor. Because the night was hot and humid, after confirming my arrangements, he immediately handed me two bottles of water, coupled with his previously stated traits, immediately abated my frustration with the previous hotel's experience. Making my stay in the pristine accommodations both memorable and enjoyable!!!
Before heading to my room, I warned him that there would probably be many others heading here because of the frustrating situation occurring in Mobile with overlooking and these individuals would probably be surly to say the least. He just pleasantly smiled and said he would be here waiting for them. A VERY professional young man.!!!

Room was great except for the leaking fridge. We had to have wet towels on the floor all night since there wasn’t a replacement. Not horrible, just inconvenient.
