Hotel is very nice, and felt safe and clean. The area however is flooded with homeless people and felt unsafe. We were only there 1 night for a concert. Wouldn’t return to Worcester.

A top notch facility with excellent staff (friendly, professional, knowledgeable) and immaculate lobby, breakfast bar and rooms. The best guest laundry facilities I’ve ever seen at a hotel! Breakfast, while not included in my room package, was delicious and overall a good value. Excellent in room amenities, too!
