The IRIS was outstanding and booked an additional 2 nights. I was shocked to find out that booking direct with IRIS was cheaper than Expedia... (which just pissed me off!!! Even using my ~$20 OneKeyCash... it would have been cheaper to book direct!) Expedia does not do a good job of informing you that the property has a separate rental agreement and no attended lobby... It is just a big surprise after booking.
So thank you Expedia for finding this place... but you should refund the difference for the extra unannounced and unexpected hoops we needed to hop thru...
Bottom line: IRIS gets a solid 10; Expedia a shaky 1...
