Staff was very helpful, both the check in team and the day staff. We ate twice at the hotel restaurant and enjoyed both meals. We highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to the falls.

I appreciate it, the friendly and courteous approach of all employees at the hotel. The hotel was spotless!! Cleaning constantly the floors and site.

2 nights to visit the falls, staff was very accommodating and friendly, breakfast was delicious. Room was big and spacious.
