This hotel is world standard, very clean, a lot of parking, the breakfast is great with a lot of choices on Chinese's food and western food. It is a little far from the city center, but Bus #10 is just a few minutes walk. There is no shops around the hotel, it is located in the industrial area but quiet enough.

Proximity to downtown good, breakfast provided, inexpensive.
Water pressure in room was very low, floor heating didn’t work, smoking allowed in hallways,
