Hotel is excellent condition, the room was a very good size, clean and I also enjoyed the well- equipped gym. There are lots of dining options around the area and also two restaurants in the hotel. There is a Mall within short walking distance from the hotel. Staff were professional , friendly and very responsive. I would like to make a special mention of Steven Wu and Cassie Yan who were absolute Stars in terms of customer service! I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!

I booked a room with a king-size bed, but I was given a room with two single beds. This was unacceptable, but the staff said that only single beds were available. I clearly booked a king-size bed, not two single beds.
