The property itself was nice, and the breakfast was good with a decent selection of options. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. There was a noticeable layer of dust on the tables, coffee machine, and even the glasses, which gave the impression that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before my stay. While the hotel has some positive aspects, housekeeping standards need improvement.

Nice location near restaurants. Also liked the decor of the lobby which was welcoming and gave a nice coastal feel. Great breakfast with healthy options! The staff was very helpful too!

This hotel chain is MY NEW FAVORITE! We had never stayed at a Hyatt Hotel before, but I am so impressed! From the super-friendly staff, cleanliness, modern look, breakfast varieties galore, eating with actual cutlery, not plastic, real cups and plates, not paper, what a treat! I truly felt pampered! The A/C in the room was perfect, and the hot water in the shower was 'so relaxing and soothing!'
Great job Hyatt Place Long Island-Riverhead! See you again!
