Good accommodation but room too warm, tried to turn radiator off but not successful making it a very warm night for sleeping, apart from that all good.

Lovely clean room and bathroom exactly as expected. Staff were helpful at check in and explained the check out procedure.
Situated just off the main Leith tram route so easy to find although it is also walkable from the main city area and walkable down to Leith. Certainly would stay here again.
