We drove past the property initially as it is set back slightly from the road and we missed the sign. The check in area was a little odd, as was full of drying linen. Room was on 3rd floor, no lift. Balcony looked over the Old Town, which was a nice view. Reasonable cost for pet dog

Very nice property. Well-located and within a few minutes walk from the very lively Trogir old town.
We had a larger room on the third (top) floor of the building. Huge balcony with an amazing view. The room is a little dated, but clean and comfortable. We anticipated that there was no elevator. The owner’s son assisted us with our luggage. Parking is on-site and under a covered awning. There is a fridge, kettle, and a two-burner stove. Dishes and cutlery provided. As Split Airport is very close, the hotel is under the flight path. The airport does close down around 2200 though. The owner is very helpful and speaks English fluently! Nice place to call home for a while.
