GOOD: The staff was great and the rooms were very clean. The place was quiet and restful.
Good location. Not in a busy area and easy access to stores, grocery, and downtown New Orleans is only 15 minutes away
BAD: The wifi was horrible and utterly useless. It kept dropping and when it was connected it was slow.
The gym and laundry area was very dirty. Dead bugs, dirty laundry. It seemed like no one paid attention to that.
Overall it was a good stay. I would stay again. But to get five stars, the BAD items need to be addressed.

Shontel is hands down the best! We were greeted with smiles, laughs, and dancing. Such a refreshing a wonderful treat to come back to after a long day of work during our work trip. We will definitely stay there again just to see Shontel whenever work brings us back to New Orleans. Thank you!
