Room was great. Staff is great. Pool is good. Renovation is going on but wasn't an issue. Good value for the price.

Lots of building work around the hotel. The decor is tired and outdated.

This is a decent 2 or 3-star hotel, but it's certainly not a 4-star.
The lagoon view rooms are nothing to write home about. The TV does not work, the lagoon is dirty with trash floating around and with view of buildings under construction.
There is parking for 3 or 4 cars only, but some retail and restaurants are within walking distance.
The charge for the massage and spa is excessive.
The staff are nice and very helpful and accommodating, so that's the good side.
