Great location, lots to see and do around the area, close to all the main sites. Checkin process went flawlessly.

The location is good, walkable to everywhere, and the apartment is clean

The stay at this apartment was great and it served our purpose well. There was plenty of room for two to spread out. Communication with our host was great and she was very responsive. She also provided very clear check in process and there was no issue gaining access to the apartment. Inside, there is a binder with lots of information that was very helpful (food, taxi, emergency numbers, where to take trash, etc.). Both air conditioners worked great in 90 degree weather. The apartment is 5 min walking distance to the leather market and Mercardo Centrale which was a great surprise. The neighborhood is quiet and there are plenty of pharmacies close. There is also a GREAT for breakfast and cappuccino (Cafee' Il Sole). The only complaint about the apartment was the shower did not drain, at all. We had to continue to turn the water off to let the water go down and turn the water back on again; we did this several times. There is a cute, small balcony in the apartment. Beware if you do not like to climb steps. There are four flights up. Slick steps and with heavy luggage it was a challenge.

Fantastic, charming apartment, perfectly positioned close to the train station, market and all sights. Clean, well maintained and quiet. Great communication with Francesca. Highly recommend!!
