Staff is well trained, very polite and helpful.
Hotel was very clean and newly decorated.
Room was functional. I had limited time and did not have breakfast, so I don't know their performance but in Turkey it is usually good.

We stayed just for one night and was upgraded for a bigger corner room. Amazing view of the city and great room. Spacious, spotless and well taken care of. The hotel has EV charging station for anyone who needs it.
